This Privacy Policy explains how 93 Electric Services LLC, doing business as 93 Electric (“93 Electric,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and protects information when you visit our website or contact us through it. When you submit a form, your message is delivered to 93 Electric’s email inbox through Resend, a transactional email service that handles the delivery on our behalf. We also rely on Google Analytics (and, in the future, Google Ads) as described above. These providers process data only to perform these services for us.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

Data Retention

We keep form submissions and related correspondence for as long as needed to respond to you and to keep reasonable business records, and then we delete them when they’re no longer needed. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics’ standard retention settings.

Your Choices

You can set your browser to refuse cookies or use Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on to limit analytics. You can also contact us at any time to ask what information we hold about you or to request that we delete it.
